The Practice Success Study Club is a group of dynamic dental administrative professionals, seeking to increase success for their dentist and dental practice team by participating in coaching conversations, facilitated by Breann Jones, using the Practice Success Process to assess, clarify and bring resolution to problems that arise in the dental practice, reducing team frustrations, and learning from the group as Practice Success is achieved.

Dental Practice Managers or other dental team members in leadership roles in the dental practice.
Why participate in Study Club?
The Practice Success Study Club connects dental administrative professionals in the greater Thurston County area to create a supportive, success-oriented community that enjoys the rewards of maximizing the potential of their dental teams for increased Practice Success.
When and Where does Study Club Meet?
Breakfast meetings are held at 7am on the 4th Thursday of each month. The 2010 – 2011 Study Club Schedule is listed below. Meetings begin September 23, 2010 and will conclude for the year on May 26 2011. There will be a total of 9 meetings. Meetings will not be held during the summer months and will resume again in September 2011 for the 2011-2012 year.

How do I register for Study Club
Complete the registration form below.
Print the form and mail it with your dues to the address listed on the form. Dues for the 2010-2011 year are $610 per person. If you would like to join Study Club but it is after the start of the new meeting year, your dues will be adjusted appropriately. Participation in Study Club will include:
- Monthly Study Club Meeting (9 meetings, Sept thru May, no meetings during the summer months)
- Breakfast at the meeting
- 30 minute monthly coaching call with Breann Jones, Team Coach for Dental Practices and Owner of Practice Success.
Study Club Topics
Topics for Study Club Meetings will be dictated by the members. Topic suggestions from members to date for the 2010-2011 year include:

- Organizational Structure
- Job Responsibilities
The format for meetings will be a forum-style discussion. Study Club members will dictate the meeting topics, as a group selecting the one topic that is most relatable for all members. Using the Practice Success Process, facilitated by Breann Jones, members will break down problems and clarify solutions to be taken back and shared/implemented with their dental teams for increased Practice Success.
Practice Success Study Club is an opportunity for dental administrative professionals to meet monthly to develop resolutions to real practice challenges, and for dentists to invest in reduced team frustrations and greater success in the practice.
